今天首先看一下新加坡国立大学的公共政策专业

PhD in Public Policy National University of Singapore

Programme Structure:

8门coursework (core modules), 1门selective coursework, 1门independent study module, 和PhD Qualifying Examination 以及PhD thesis

学费每年S$16,000（约合RMB90,000），生活费每月S$2000-3000 (约合RMB10,000-15,000)

1. NUS Research Scholarships:

学费免除，每月S$2000- 2500

2. President’s Graduate Fellowships (PGF)

学费免除，每月S$3000， 以及其它的一次补贴比如 travel allowance, setting allowance

这两种奖学金都不需要单独申请，在提交网申时表明想要被考虑即可。

4.3. Research proposal (需要identify potential supervisor。注意：导师同意做supervisor，并不代表会录取，需要经过admission受理)

5.1 Khong Yuen Foong

Khong Yuen Foong is Li Ka Shing Professor in Political Science at the School.

5.2 Kenneth Paul TAN

Kenneth Paul TAN is an Associate Professor at the National University of Singapore’s (NUS) Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy

自2000年任教于NUS的副教授，

· Governance and policymaking in Singapore: meritocracy, pragmatism, legitimation, electoral and party politics, political liberalization, civil society, public engagement

· Neoliberalism 1: The global city, creative cities, smart cities, urban development; cinema, television, and other media; the arts, including theatre; education

Selina Ho is Assistant Professor and Program Chair (Master in International Affairs) at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy,
